Minister, Christian, are you on fire for God or have you lost heaven’s zeal and become lukewarm, even cold? Is your heart ablaze with love for God and the lost, or are you cold and indifferent, selfishly contained in self-love?
Minister, Christian, you should be a thousand times more afraid of lukewarmness and cold apathy than you are of God’s Holy Fire that burns and His Holy Sword that cuts!
Nothing gives God more pain and distress than to see a minister, a Christian, standing almost motionless, coldly plodding on as a stiff (corpse), with their words freezing upon their lips, falling upon their congregations… upon those to who they witness like frozen drops of rain. May our good Saviour deliver us from such icy death!
My dear ministers, Christians, lest you forget, let us remind you, and the world, of the original purpose of salvation and of a holy, fiery relationship with Christ: to rejuvenate us in a time of rising worldliness and infidelity, to desire fulness and to seek out that which is lost.
Away with criminal unbelief, cold reserve, and chilling apathy. Holy fire will burn the HELL out of us, turn corrupting influences into ashes, give us moral restraint… the lack of which is threatening to turn the WHOLE family of humanity into one common field of unbridled appetite for damning sinfulness.
How long are you going to remain in cold storage (churchianity), while your soul slips away, not to mention those all around you? Come away from the cold slab of the mortuary (church), repent, reform, get radical, get in the revolution today!
