I speak unto you this day and I ask, will you remain faithful when you have been put on a shelf for later usage? When people are used to their lives being a certain way, it is difficult for them to have changes which take them where they don’t want to be. It is during these periods which will come about in every one’s life be they saint or sinner that patience is learned.
It is in such times what My people need to continue to choose Me no matter where they are put by My Divine Guidance over their lives. One thing which I want My people to continue to remember is that when they are put on the shelf for a time and season it is to gain more Life in Me. When they get filled up with what I want them to know then I will pour out the substance I have put within them that they can be used to feed, encourage, and inspire others in My purposes and plans.
With this reality accept the “shelf life” with gratitude rather than being disgruntled and disturbed. The more that you are praising and thanking Me the quicker you will mature and come into deeper understanding of the fact that in everything I do towards you there is, My purpose and plan. It is My desire for My people to stay burning with Holy Spirit Divine Fire to see My Will done in earth as it is in Heaven.
My people are the earth and as I move upon them in different ways, if they remain obedient, they will be shaped and molded for the Higher Purposes I have for them. At such times it is good to remember that I AM THE POTTER and MY people are the clay. I know exactly what it will take to make them into the shape I want them to be. I do not want them to be cracked, or leaking, or unable to take the heat of being put through the furnace of afflictions.
Rather it is My purpose and plan for the ones who like Job are perfect as far as they have grown, to be faithful to Me no matter what losses and sufferings they will undergo. Job was rewarded by Me because he stayed true to Me and did not “curse Me and die” as his wife recommended he do. Instead, he kept enduring till the time that I lifted the sufferings off of him and gave to him better than he had before. During such time as he was in the furnace of affliction he saw many areas where he needed to change because of self-pity, and self-esteem.
He was definitely put on “the shelf” and there he had to endure or perish. Yet when he was lifted from the shelf instead of being dirty, hateful, and mean, he came forth shining with My Glory. So it is in these times, I want the ones who have vowed themselves to remain true, to come forth in My Glory and Shining Forth the Divine Light. Yes, I am calling forth laborers to the harvest and some have been steadfast at the task for years. However if the time arises and their circumstances change and they are put on the shelf I want them to make and take the best advantage of such change. So often, those who are used to being in the action have a hard time adjusting to the shelf because they feel useless in such a place. However consider that it is My Spirit which leads them to the shelf so obviously they are meant to learn new things as they are on the shelf.
There are many ways I desire My people to learn and if they are desperately in need of patience, the shelf will give them time for that. Likewise if there are things about My Kingdom I want revealed to them, the shelf is the perfect place to wait upon Me and let My Spirit lead the lessons. With these things in mind, if you have been put “on the shelf” do not resent such a position, look at it as a welcome place of rest and restoration and an obvious gesture of My mercy towards you.
Remember, it is Me the Living God who has good intended for you and not evil, therefore no matter how “bad” your circumstances may seem to you at times, do not doubt Me, just know that I Am Able and I care for you. Keep steadily feeding your faith and confidence and knowing of a surety that I do what is best for you in every circumstance and situation.
Therefore, be thankful each day and if and when you find yourself “on the shelf” praise Me for the same is a good place intended for you to be partaking of with rejoicing. Your lives are not your own, they belong to Me when you were Born Again, therefore know My Spirit is leading and guiding you in the Way which you are meant to walk in. There are definitely times when My people need to rest from their journeys in order to partake of the strength and stamina I will give to them.
Those who suffer from “burn out and battle fatigue” can be replenished if they will take being “on the shelf” when they are led there by My Spirit. However when people are insistent and persistent in thinking they must always be on the “front lines or in the lime light” they fail to be obedient. Then they are taken in the way of their own desires and not Mine. Such a place is dangerous and by their wrong choices they can become cast-a-ways. I do not want My people to end up damned for disobedience, I want them to be enduring and in the process finding My presence no matter where they are. Do not be more committed to people, places, and things, rather than Me. Remember it is Me you are meant to keep at all times as your First Love. I do not want you loving your works above Mine for the same are senseless if you are not under the obedience I require of you.
